I am writing to give a review of your services, having never been through this process so not knowing what to expect.
Firstly they were very prompt, polite and understanding of the the situation, especially when I found photographs I had forgotten about. They organised a corner for any things I wanted to keep and we chatted about the age of some of the books found etc. They must be well valued staff, if not they should be.
I will have no hesitation to recommend your company and the team (I think their names where Bob and Will). Could you please send my praises on to the right department.
