HOUSE CLEARANCE

We are specialists in clearing estates, with our own in-house network of removal depots and secure storage where required. We offer full and part clearances of property, taking the hassle out of clearing properties for the client. We approach all clearances sympathetically and professionally, with a short turnaround time to ensure the process is not drawn-out for the client.

SALE AT AUCTION

Our services also extend to sale at auction, if this is something that the client is looking for. Our respected auction houses, David Duggleby Auctioneers and Duggleby Stephenson of York hold regular auctions across 20 various departments. We also hold regular single owner auctions for large, specialist collections.

Our team of valuers, cataloguers, marketers and auctioneers ensure that our clients items go in the best auction to achieve the highest price and ensure that they are showcased to the highest standard.
